Translator Cart Instructions (PropioOne)

Step 1: Log In

Open the app and log in using the username and password provided by your organization.



Step 2: Select the Language

Choose the language needed for interpretation (for example, Spanish or English).



Step 3: Start a Session

Press the “Start” or “Call” button to request an interpreter.



Step 4: Connect to an Interpreter

Wait a few moments while the system connects you to a certified interpreter.



Step 5: Begin the Interpretation

Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation. Speak clearly and pause to allow the interpreter time to translate.



Step 6: End the Session

When the conversation is complete, press “End Call” to finish the interpretation session.
