Keyboard typing random characters

To correct this problem and revert back to Words normal default mode

Press both SHIFT KEYS at the same time. This will cancel the change in the keyboard configuration.

To cancel the Shift Key short cut so that this problem does not occur again

            *   Hold down RIGHT SHIFT KEY for 8 seconds to bring up FilterKey popup

            *   Click on SETTINGS

            *   Under the Keyboard tab go to Filter Keys and click on SETTINGS

            *   Under Keyboard Shortcut click on the box USE SHORTCUT to remove check

                 mark

            *   Click OK

            *   At the bottom of the Accessibility Options box click APPLY then OK.

            *   Press both SHIFT KEYS to deactivate changes.

Keyboard should now return to normal mode and if you hold down shift key for 8 seconds or more you should never have this problem again."
